Columbus 1 Year International MBA
Earn Your 1 Year MBA in Columbus
Ashland University’s locations throughout Ohio enables students in both the Cleveland and Columbus areas to earn their MBA in 1 year and travel the world on 2 international study tours.
In 1990, Ashland opened a campus in the heart of Columbus, offering a wide variety of classes and opportunities for prospective students outside of the Ashland, Ohio area. The Columbus Center is built for serving professional and graduate students and is one of the homes of our 1 Year International MBA Program.
2 Locations: Cleveland & Columbus
Beginning with the August 2017 cohort, the 1 Year International MBA Program will be offered in 2 locations: Cleveland and Columbus. With rolling admission, students may apply to either location at any time.
2 International Study Tours
Tuition includes two separate international study tours. Travel the world with your peers and learn first hand from business leaders. The January 2017 cohort traveled to Prague (Czech Republic) in March and will be traveling to Lisbon (Portugal) in October.
Why these locations? In addition to contributing about 25% of the Czech Republic’s GDP, Prague has a very rich history. Lisbon is the capital of Portugal and considered a “global city,” with major business sectors that include finance, commerce, media, entertainment, international trade and tourism.
Students have the opportunity to see these countries from the perspective of a tourist and a business leader. The international study tours are designed to raise awareness and increase exposure of businesses around the world.
Students enrolled in the August 2017 cohort will be traveling to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; Hong Kong; Prague, Czech Republic; and Barcelona, Spain. Details about each tour will be available soon.
1 Year MBA
Earning an MBA in 1 year allows you to quickly accomplish your career goals. Unlike other part-time and full-time programs that can take 2 years or longer, our 1 Year International MBA program is completed in just 12 short months. Additionally, you can continue working full-time because our program is held on the weekends, with classes only on Saturday.
Saturday MBA Classes
Life has many commitments, with full-time employment being one of the biggest. We understand, so we created a program with your busy schedule in mind. Even with classes taught only on Saturdays, you can still earn an MBA in just 12 months. Learn the concepts on Saturday, and apply them to the real world on Monday. Working full-time while earning your MBA also keeps you active in the workforce, so you do not need to worry about having gaps in employment on your resume.
Flexible Start Dates
The 1 Year International MBA program offers rolling admission with various start dates throughout the year for students who are unable to begin the program with the official January and August cohorts.
Tuition for the 1 Year International MBA Program is only $29,500. This includes the 2 international study tours, meals on class days, parking and other fees. Financial aid is also available, and may cover up to 100% of your tuition. We are happy to talk with you about the various options. Please reach out to our Program Director Steve Krispinksy.
Many Students Qualify for a GMAT/GRE Waiver
GMAT and GRE test preparation is time-consuming and expensive. Our careful review of applications, resumes and prior education accomplishments allows us to predict success in the program. Therefore, GMAT waiver options are available.
